Tactical and Strategic Studies

What Can You Expect from our online and traditional market research

We like to work closely with clients on all stages of a project - from conception through to final presentation of results and recommendations.

Problem definition and the setting of clear and unambiguous objectives is key to an effective outcome.

Even at this early stage, it could be that a decision is made not to proceed with a project, or to redefine the project's scope and objectives or to combine it with some other study.

TandSS would rather be involved in a short consultancy exercise at the this early stage, than conduct a study which fails adequately to address the real problem.

When you work with TandSS, you know you will be getting a senior research consultant allocated to your business.

TandSS will recommend the best solution to the problem.

This may be a project run by ourselves, or we may manage a project using other specialists - for example, overseas agencies, and or employing consultants with specialist knowledge. TandSS will use our experience to negotiate the best terms for your project, giving you a better return on your investment.

Although - like most research agencies - we often make use of traditional tools, we do not subscribe to conventional solutions, and universal techniques. We will always try to design a project which provides the most effective solution to a problem - not forcing the problem to adapt to a technique!
We want, and we expect, clients to challenge us.
We in return will challenge the assumptions and conventions surrounding a problem: only in this way will we be able to produce the best research design (or even, on occasions, recommend no research at all!).
