About TandSS
TandSS (Tactical and
Strategic Studies) is a new generation marketing research consultancy.
Unlike many other research agencies, we aim to provide focused solutions to your problems, and not to sell you one or more of our 'Special Techniques'.
TandSS can work on a consultancy basis, and/or provide a full research service; or a combination of the two.
We can become part of your team for the period of the project; whether this is for a few days, or for a day or two a month for six months or more.
TandSS can also help in the selection of agencies and consultants, taking on negotiation, research design, and project management.
John Mumford, the Managing Partner of TandSS, has worked and/or lived in over twenty-five different countries conducting and/or supervising major research projects.
TandSS can design and manage quantitative studies, using either face-to-face interviews or the internet.Alternatively, we are equaly at ease running innovative qualitative sessions and 'concept development' workshops.
Qualitative studies can be conducted using both traditional 'face-to-face' approaches and online.
